All settings done, And this is what I am getting
(nothing has changed, its always done this. Text input is just " Welcome to bathworx" (yes, a space before W, or the W gets cropped too!! )

But on the pole subject, It appears to work correctly in the demo version!!

We can get the text to line up with multiple spaces, but once you go into POS, it scrambles it.

To clarify - does the text display Ok on the pole, and when you launch POS it scrambles it?
And when you say 'scrambles' do you mean it look like the screenshot you posted earlier?
