Software Problems.

Hi I was on a 30 day trail and decided to purchase the full package but since I have installed with the supplied licence key the software will not open and I am getting errors as per attached file.

It did open just once..since then it will not open, I haven't changed any setting on Laptop at all.

I'm not an advanced user so simple instructions would be best lol Regards Sue

It looks like the Microsoft database Easify uses to store and retrieve data is not running.

If a reboot doesn't bring it back online you could either follow the steps in this guide:
