Deleteing test customer
I'm still evaluating Easify and have came across a potential problem with the customer database. I imported a few test customers and made sales associated to them, I would now like to remove these customers prior to importing one of our customer databases holding 20,000+ customers.
I have deleted all products and cancelled the orders attributed to the customers but when deleting them I am still receiving the error that they cannot be deleted as orders or quotes are associated with the customer. I read a post from 2011 where you suggested creating a John Doe customer and attributing the orders to this customer but I can't see how to do this from the orders section.
