We have just released the source code for the WooCommerce plugin to our partners and are finishing off a few final changes to the website to support the new plugin subscriptions.
I anticipate it will be about 10 days time to wrap things up and we will be ready to release the plugin.

The subscription for the plugin is £29 per month.
