Increasing my supplier prices (how?)

Hi,

We just discovered an error in the amount we are charging people for some of our products (currently running at 4387 lines)

It has come about due to manufacturer price increases (brass just keeps going up and up!! )

How can I easily input, for example, a 3% price increase for a certain manufacturer or supplier?

Thanks

Re: Increasing my supplier prices (how?)

This can be pretty painless if you have some skill in Excel, otherwise it's a manual process.

In the current version of Easify (V3.64) you can export all of your products to a spread sheet.

From there you can filter out and or delete unwanted rows by using the 'sort by column' feature in Excel.

Then you can modify the price of each row by means of an excel formula.

For example: Sell Price * 1.03, will give you a 3% increase on the sell price

Once you've modified the relevant prices, save the spread sheet, making sure to save to the CSV or TAB format.

This spread sheet can then be used to import and update the price of the products you modified.
