Whenever we complete a sale through the till, the till receipt comes out with the text which should be at the bottom being printed at the top.
Text reads:-
Thanks for shopping with us
Registered in England
VAT Number
Website
Tel
These are all printed at the top, how do we force them to be printed at the bottom, any idea?

Hi Steve and welcome to the forums!
Sounds like your 'Tools > Options > Point of Sale > Printing > Post Print Command' setting is not correct. The standard value for this setting this this:
27,100,12,29,86,0,48,27,64
What's happening is that at the end of printing each receipt it isn't feeding enough paper, when you tear the receipt off the footer is left in the printer. So the footer is appearing at the top of the next receipt.
The above code just sends 12 line feeds 27,100,12 (I've highlighted the 12 above in case you wanted a chance to change the number) and a paper cut command 29,86,0,48,27,64.
