Hi Tim,

I presume you are referring to the Edit Order window print menu (highlighted in yellow):

Is it the "Invoice" option you are referring to being greyed out or the "Reprint Previous Receipt"?

If it's the reprint option, this reprints the last till receipt printed via the POS screen to a thermal printer (not the last till receipt printed for this order).
