VAT status amendment
Hello,
When we installed Easify we thought we were going to become VAT registered, however this hasn't yet happened. At the point of installation we then ticked the 'VAT registered' box. Therefore In Easify we now need to change our VAT status to not registered however when we've tried it it seems to decrease the value of each order we have previously processed since installation to the value minus VAT. Is there a way of changing our status from registered to un-registered and easily modifying each order so that the total value is not decreased by 20%?
