Urgent help required please.
I have sent emails about 3 issues.
Issue 1.
Do you know of any reason why when I turn on advanced printing, to print an A4 invoice, easify takes 15 seconds to initiate the print to both the receipt printer and the laserjet ?
The laserjet is shared over the network, a test print from the windows epos system works fine.
When I turn off advanced printing the till receipt prints instantly.
Issue 2.
Stock levels not updating when I receive a P.O.
Stock options are set to Automatic and the individual stock items are set to use stock control.
The stock on hand figure does not change.
Issue 3. When entering a customer search in the pos Easify crashes and closes with the following error.

If I backup the database and re-install Easify then restore am I likely to restore the issues ?
Can you please look in into these issues.
