Here's another great video clip where Alison shows you how to see what jobs you've got on in 20 seconds...
When you first open the Orders & Quotes window, it shows you all the orders you have that are in progress (active orders), as well as any quotes you are working on (quotes in progress).
Don't forget that you can also customise your order status list, so you can add your own order statuses and set them to be active so that orders with that status will show up when you first open the orders & quotes window. Click here for more info on configuring order statuses.
