Now that I have added our logo to the rceipt printer it prints each line of the graphic very very slowly, uintil it reaches the text and then it spits it out like normal.
have you experienced this before?

Yes it is an Epson TM-T88III and I would say it takes roughly 10 seconds to print a line at a time of the graphic, taking about 3 passes before it starts on the text.
Reminds me of the old dot matrix printer that I used to have 
That is slow - should be under a second for the whole logo!
What kind of interface does the printer use? Serial, Parallel or USB?
Also could you email a copy of your logo image to support@easify.co.uk?

Thanks for sending us the image, I have sent you a modified version of this image that should make things faster.
Just in case others come across this issue please save your logo as a monochrome bitmap. This can be done in the Microsoft Paint programme that comes with all versions of Windows by default.
To open Paint in Windows XP, open the 'Start Menu', select 'Run', type in 'mspaint'.
To open Paint in Windows Vista and 7, open the 'Start Menu', type into the search box 'paint'.
