Adding to stock

Hello..so we have an existing stock order and have now taken delivery of it..

Question 1 - for items not recieved. change quantity to 0 and leave it unticked....?

Question 2 - an item has been delivered that was not on the list..by error (ie it should have been) or by adding to the order by phone to the supplier ad-hock without updating the system..original items were tick as recieved and the order was saved. The add to stock window opened - items were added to stock.

Once the additional item was cleared as correct the order then had it added to it but there was no add it to stock window on saving..why???

Ta much

MC

PS at end of teather with the inability update cost price without fluctuating retail price. Annoying beyond belief.

If you have not received an item from your supplier, you should leave it unticked and its quantity unchanged until you have resolved the delay with your supplier. If the item isn't going to be delivered or they are sending an alternative we suggest changing the original item to that of the replacement. Also, the notes system can be used to give user more information on what's gone on.

Apologies, I can't accurately follow the steps you took based on your description.

Please bullet the steps your took and be clear about what section of Easify you are in and what buttons etc where used and in what order.
