Stock Taking

Hi

Can a bar code scanner be used for stocktaking or are there hand held devices which are compatable.

Re: Stock Taking

Easify currently doesn't have support for stock taking using a barcode scanner.

We have a feature request raised so that one might appear in a future free update.

Re: Stock Taking

Hi, I'm planning to print stock taking sheet for Auditing this year-end but it was like this. Can you help me on how to resize it? Thanks.

Re: Stock Taking

Currently the Stock Take report is still on the old Crystal Reports reporting engine and not part of our new paperwork designer. It is however possible to create your own stock take report in the paperwork designer.

From there you'll be able to resize the report to what ever size you like, using whatever fields you like.

Here is our Paperwork Designer guide if you are not familiar with how it works:

It is also possible to use the power of Microsoft Excel to create reports:

Re: Stock Taking

Hey guys,

Any progress on this feature?

We're looking to use a wireless barcode scanner or a smart phone for stock inventory. Ideally I'd like to record the scanned items into a format that we can transfer into the Easify database to correct potential differences. There's a few apps for android that output scanned items into CSV format. Is there any way to import that into Easify?
