Hi John, I talked to you online yesterday. I did delete the temporary files and left the installation overnight again. Still, this is what I get. (photo attached)

This issue is with the Microsoft database installer and is likely caused by an issue on your computer.

I've had a go at searching for other people experiencing the same issue as yourself but have not found anyone.

From your screenshot, the installer files are being extracted to your H:\ drive.

Usually this should be extracted to your C:\ drive.

Make sure that before you run the Easify installer:

- your C:\ and H:\ drives have plenty of free space.

- you are logged in on an Administrator account.

- you have temporarily disabled your Antivirus software.

Another suggestion is to run a programme like CCleaner from Piriform.

This programme can remove all of the temporary trash files on your computer as well as having a good clean up of your registry. Doing thing can fix issues you didn't even know you had that go on in the background of your computer that could be causing the installer to hang.

Hi John, thanks again for the quick response.

Yes, I did everything you said above. Thanks for the keen eye. I didn't notice that the files were being extracted to my backup disk. I unplugged it temporarily while installing and it went well.

I have reinstalled it again. Thank you so much John. Very big help, especially for me who has a little background in computer.   I'm really sorry for the inconvenience.
