one company different departments setup on Easify

Hi All

i am setting up one company with different department and just trying to work how the best way to do this as we are limited to category on easify

How you set this up depends on many factors.

It would be possible to setup individual Easify V4 Servers, one per department.

The information in each server wouldn't be shared between databases however and you may end up with duplicate or out of date information on one server or another.

Alternatively you'll need to determine your own way of segregating the data, either by product categories, customer types, order types, purchase types, paperwork etc.

We have plans on developing multi branch / company inter-communications but this won't be for a while yet.
