Is there a way to set up a 'special discount' applicable to all orders or to selected items during the specified period (e.g. 20% discount on any item during Black Friday)?
I know the way to apply a discount to each order, but it takes too long and we need to minimize the service time. Thank you.
Hi, interesting idea, but no sorry the software doesn't support discounts over a set period. On the POS you can select F6 and discount the entire order by a percentage so that will probably be the quickest way. Thanks

i got the solution for our business - have created a customer named 'SPECIAL DISCOUNT 20%' and have set a 20% for any product for this 'customer'. so every time processing a new sale on POS we had to select this customer.
however, pls consider this option to be implemented in future developments. thanks
