Re: Faint receipt printing
Apologies, drivers can be ESC/POS compatible or not.
When they are not ESC/POS compatible, we call this a Windows type driver.
Zero "0" appearing at the top of your receipts are usually caused by using the wrong Post Print Command, which can be configured here:
Tools > Options > Point of Sale > Printing > Post Print Command
The default commands are 27,100,12,29,86,0,48
Changing this to 27,100,12,29,86,48 usually removes the leading zero.
Please note, we cannot guarantee that your printer is compatible with these codes as different manufacturers conform to different command code formats. If this is the case for your printer, you'll need to consult the printer manual and construct your decimal command code. With each command separated by a comma.
The default receipt logo is 500 x 255 pixels in size and is saved in the Bitmap Monochrome format and can be found here (replace COMPANY_NAME with your company name):
C:\Program Files (x86)\Easify\COMPANY_NAME\Images\EposReceiptLogo.bmp
If your logo is wider than 500 pixels, it will look very strange when printed on the receipt.
