When you do a products needed for stock report it does not take in to account any items that have been allocated stock. i.e say 3 in stock with a low stock level of 2 if 2 have been allocated leaving 1 free it doesn't appear on the needed for stock report or on the needed for orders report this can be a Bit of a issue when relying on this to order. Can the needed for stock report be based on the Free stock or at least include this.

Thanks for this feature request Jowo. The 'Products Needed for Stock' report does indeed work on the 'On Hand' stock level rather than 'Free', I have added this feature to our system to be reviewed for a future update.
The 'Products Needed for Orders' report currently works like this by design, if there is sufficient stock to satisfy each active order then that stock item doesn't appear on this report. Minimum stock level doesn't have a bearing on what orders actually need so that they can be satisfied.

That would be good, I have been ordering using this report and becouse a lot of stock was allocated ( even if not in stock ) we have been running out of some items even before they have arrived in some cases.
