Advanced Server Settings

The Easify Advanced Server Upgrade otherwise known as EASU is an upgrade for your Easify database server that you can purchase in order to enable advanced features such as multi company support, eCommerce and scheduling of recurring orders and purchases.

Although the EASU offers many advanced features, its configuration within Easify is very simple.

You can choose to enable eCommerce by ticking the Enable eCommerce System checkbox. This will activate the eCommerce system on your server allowing it to process incoming and outgoing eCommerce transactions.

Web Service Private Key is used to set the private key that is used when communicating with your eCommerce server.

URL of web services on your web server, EASU will send outgoing product updates and stock level changes to the web service present at this URL.


The Enable Task Scheduler enables the task scheduler to run, and will enable processing of recurring orders and purchases. It will also allow scheduled backups to occur.
