can easify server be setup to run backups without the users doing anything so over night backup. looking to automate the hole thing so that users dont have to touch the server.
is there also a report that the system can run after to say that backup worked or failed.

You can setup scheduled backups via the Tools -> Backup menu option in Easify Pro.
The backups are logged to the Easify Server log which is accessible via the Easify Server Manager.
Backups are saved to the local server hard disk, so you'd need to make sure that the backup files are also backed up to a remote location to mitigate against disk failure, fire or theft.
