[SOLVED] Cannot login to Easify Cloud Server - Invalid username / password

If you get an invalid username / password error when you try to login to your Easify Cloud Server, and you are sure that your subscription is valid, that you don't have CAPS LOCK on, and that you are typing in your username and password correctly, check the following:

First try to login to the Easify Website with the username and password. If the username and password works with the Easify Website, then it will work with your Easify Cloud Server.

If you can login to the Easify Website successfully but still get invalid username / password when logging into the Easify Cloud Server then check the following:

Login to the Easify Cloud Server with another user subscription that works (if you only have the one user subscription email Easify Support support@easify.co.uk and we can do this for you).

Go to Security -> Manage Users and deselect Only show enabled users.

Edit each user and go to the Easify Website Account tab.

Make sure that only one of the user accounts has the subscription email address in the Users Easify Website Account email address box.

Also ensure that if the Associate this Easify Website Account with this Easify Server is not ticked for a particular user that the Users Easify Website Account email address is blank. If the box is unticked but you still have an email address in the Users Easify Website Account email address box, tick the checkbox, delete the email address and then untick the checkbox again.

The problem can be caused if you have the same Easify user subscription email address associated with more than one Easify user, and one of the Easify users has the Associate this Easify Website Account with this Easify Server box unticked.
