I have been using Easify only to invoice sales and i haven't worried about the figures in the accounts. In preparation for Reconciling accounts regularly I need to make sure the starting points are accurate. Is there an easy way to set all the account value to a new starting point?

Opening balances can be added to an account at any time, so you could add an opening balance to each account.
You can do this under Finances/View Accounts - double click on the account and enter the opening balance. The Balance then shown the main accounts window will be your Opening Balance +/- any transactions you have processed to and from that account.
