Hiya, i am still in my 30 day trial and i LOVE Easify... except i can't make the label printer print a full label. It only prints on half the label. The text/barcode just stops half way.
I have made sure the label size is correct etc. And i have printed labels from the label printer (Dymo LabelWriter 450) to check it isn't a printer fault. It isn't.
Please can you help? The label printing is an essential thing for me.

me again, i sent the email with the pic but didn't hear back. It is still only printing half a label (the left half) from easify. So i am having to make each label individually which is taking hours... and i have THOUSANDS more labels to do... argh...
Is there a way of fixing this? I have tried telling easify the label is different sizes, but no matter what i tell it, it just prints on half the label
ps printer is Dymo 450 which works fine out of Easify
Help! before i go completely crosseyed trying to do the labels myself!
