Easify Premium Support packages are provided as an annual subscription, the price of your support package is related to the number of Easify licenses you own.
Not at all, Easify Premium Support is a completely optional add-on that you can choose to subscribe to if you would like to receive a premium level of support from Easify.
You simply add up each Easify license that you currently own and that determines which subscription you need to choose.
For example if you have 1 x Easify Server license, 3 x Easify Pro Computer licenses and 1 x Easify Pro Subscription licenses, that equals 5 licenses so you would choose the 1 - 5 license Premium support option.
Yes, if you buy additional licenses and wish to keep your Premium support contract current you will also need to purchase a larger Premium Support contract. We can arrange to upgrade your existing contract on a pro-rata basis, please contact us and we can arrange this with you.

Easify free support gives you support from us for Easify related issues via our support forums and via email. And is provided as a troubleshooting and advisory service.
We can still carry out paid support work for you without a Premium Support contract in place, however we are unable to guarantee a response time and the work will need to be booked in advance. Also note that the price for out of contract computer support is charged at £45 per half hour (or part of) + VAT.

Our 4 hour guarantee is that we guarantee that we will have someone working on your support incident within 4 business hours of your contacting us. Which means if you contact us before 1:30PM we will be working your problem same day.
Typically if you have an Easify Premium Support contract we will endeavour to start working on your incident straight away.
