Running Easify for the First Time

When you have installed Easify you will notice that you have two new shortcuts on your desktop.

The first icon labelled Easify is used to launch Easify in live mode, in other words you will use this icon whenever you are using Easify in the course of your business.

The second icon, Easify Demo, launches Easify in demo mode. In demo mode Easify will use a demo database that is pre filled with the data for a demo company 'Easify Electricals'. Any time that you want to experiment with Easify without risking your live data, or if you are training staff and don't want them to learn on your live data, you can launch Easify in demo mode knowing that your live data is safe from harm.

We are going to jump straight in at the deep end and launch the live version of Easify. Easify demo mode will be covered in greater depth in a different section.

Double click the Easify icon to launch the live version of Easify.
