Sorry for the delay Tel, our email provider has been losing emails for us recently and I didn't see your post until today!

There are no units for the weight field, you can use it to mean whatever you like.

Usually you would consider it to be Kg as that would be what most eCommerce platforms would expect, but you can take it to represent Kg, grams, lbs or whatever suits you best.
