EASU Installation on Server 2008 - Optional Component Error
If you are installing EASU on Windows Server 2008 and experience an Optional Component Error, you may need to manually install the Microsoft Message Queueing Service (MSMQ).
On your 2008 server go to Windows Server Manager and select Add Features.
In the next screen select Message Queueing Server and click Next.
At the next screen click install to begin the MSMQ installation process.
This may take 30 minutes or so depending on the speed of your server.
Once installation is complete you will see MSMQ in the Windows Server Manager feature list.
And if you refresh Windows Server Manager you can expand the features tree view on teh left to see that Message Queueing is now available.
Once this is complete you will need to stop and start the EASU server via EASU Server Manager.
