Product Sales History

Why would I get sales history on one product but not on another?

I have one product that I can get sales history on, and another that nothing shows on.

There is an order with each product on. Both delivered, invoiced, and paid for (don't know if this matters) and I can get history on one product but not the other.

I change the date-range filter to 'all time'. Click the binoculars icon to search, get nothing. I can only get results on one product so far and nothing on the other 5 or so I've checked

Edit: One product with sku "s1" I'm trying to get history for is taking a long time to "gather data". I've only sold this item no more than 10 times. Why's it taking so long? Over 5 minutes now. Edit: Cancelled it, got bored. Something wrong.

Hi, are you accessing the Sales History from the main Products window or from the Customer or Suppliers screen?

Main Products window.

Though I've tried both, same results.

"Gathering data" is also happening on Main products window

which version of Easify are you using? - the version can be found in the bottom left hand corner of Easify.
