Can anyone tell me how I can search for an invoice - I have an invoice that I have saved on the DMS and I have printed out but can not find it anywhere on my system and can find no way of searching for it using the invoice number. I have tried searching in the relevant customer and products but it doesn't show up, i'm presuming that somehow I have deleted it.

The easiest way would be to search for the invoice in Windows, as the invoice would be saved to your hard disk.
In Windows File Explorer, go to the folder where your DMS is pointed to, and type the invoice number into the Windows search box in the top right of Windows File Explorer.
This will find the invoice if it's there.

Thank you Richard yes I can find the invoice here but I can't find it in Easify in my orders and quotes, ive checked through all options, paid, unpaid, in progress etc., and even checked back through different years - when I search the customer history its not there either.
Ah, I understand.
It's not possible to delete an invoice in Easify, you can set it to cancelled but it should still show up.
Can you email a backup of your database to support@easify.co.uk and mention the Invoice number you are looking for so I can check the data for you?
