[SOLVED] Try to zero till, get error "Could not zero till. An error occurred while processing this request."

NOTE: This fix only applies to Easify Pro when a Payment Sense card terminal is present. If you are not using Payment Sense then this article does not apply to you.

The problem is caused if there is a problem with the built in "Cashback" account in Easify. The Cashback account gets created when you enable Payment Sense in Easify Options.

To resolve the issue, in the Easify Pro main menu click Finances -> View Accounts...

And in the Accounts window, locate and select the Cashback account, click the edit button and rename it to "Cashback Old" without the quotes.

Close the Accounts Window, and launch Easify Options via the Tools -> Options menu.

Go to the Finance -> Payment Sense tab, and untick the Enable Payment sense on this computer checkbox. Click Apply. When the changes have been saved, tick the Enable Payment sense on this computer checkbox and click OK.

This will re-create the Cashback account.
