Lots of empty Easify orders generated by web order

Someone ordered from my website yesterday evening. When I opened Easify today, there were 101 empty orders that had been generated from this order.

There isn't an order that actually contains the products ordered or payment made.

I have screenshots but I can't see a way to attach them to forum posts any more.

Re: Lots of empty Easify orders generated by web order

Thanks for the screenshots Adrian, we've identified the cause of the problem - the order was stuck on our Easify Order Processor Cloud Server. We'll get it fixed ASAP and the order should come through successfully then.

Should be in the next 15 minutes or so...

If you could set the empty orders to "Cancelled" in Easify, they won't affect your reports and totals.

Thanks, Richard. It all seems to be sorted now.

That's good to hear, thanks for letting me know.

We had carried out an update on our Order Processing servers for a new version of Easify that will be released soon. We found a problem in the configuration of the new server which caused the glitch. It should all work normally now.
