[SOLVED] Cannot log into Easify V3 - Error when loading Easify - Could not EASUInstalledAndActive()

When you try to log into Easify V3 you get an error message as follows:

Error when loading Easify - Could not EASUInstalledAndActive() - A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server.

This can be caused after Windows Updates stop the SQL Server Service from running.

You can fix this by pressing the Windows Start button and type services.msc then press enter.

In the services window, scroll down until you find SQL Server (Easify) and if this service is showing as stopped, right click it and select Start.

Usually after you have manually started the SQL Server in this way, it will continue to start automatically whenever you re-start the computer.
