i am designing a wrap around label and would like to known if you can have more letter in product information as this is where i put the ingredients for the product with is hand made soaps and shampoos and is there any way to rotate the word as it p side down

Hi Andy,
The number of characters in a product description is limited, but you could put ingredients in the products notes (open up the product details and click on the Notes tab).
Product notes can be dragged onto a label in the PaperWork designer and allow almost unlimited text.
Product notes also allow multiple lines to be entered, and you can also paste in special characters such as bullet points in them to further enhance the look when printed.
I'm not sure about the words being upside down, there is no way to alter text direction in the paperwork designer.

just tired the note tab and trying to put this in there but only get upto cI 15985 and stops

It's possible that the text is just bigger than the box in the paperwork designer.
If you select the Notes box in the paperwork designer, make sure the "Allow text box to grow vertically..." button is pressed in. It is the one with the icon of a document with a red down arrow on it.
This will make sure that if the text goes beyond the bottom of the text box, the text box will auto expand to show the text.
With the footer text:

You could put these in separate text boxes below the notes field on the paperwork to save having to enter them in the product notes every time too. This would also allow you to format them in bold or a different font size or style.

I just tested it and you're right, I thought the products notes were unlimited length but they are actually 255 characters maximum.
Hopefully a combination of the product description plus product notes will help.
Any repetitive text can be put into separate text boxes i.e. web address to save on the number of characters required.
If you have a standard ingredients list for a particular product range, you could create the ingredients as static text on a label and have a separate label for each ingredient list.
So you might end up with:
Product
Price Labels
Ingredients list A
Ingredients list B
Ingredients list C
You would select which ingredients list label to print when you go to print the product label.
