Problems Restoring Backup

I have been using my single license copy of Easify on a Desktop PC (Windows XP) which needed repair so I installed Easify on my Laptop (Window  whilst it was awaiting repair.

I now have my desktop back and have re-installed Easify on the desktop and tried to do a restore of the the new backup from my laptop but it fails with and error ?

Any ideas how I can fix this ?

"There as an eror whilst trying to Restore your Easify, Easify hasnt been restored"

Hi can you advise what time the Live Chat Closes ?

Also if you can think of anything I could try in the mean time ?

I'd advise you close all open programmes and temporarily disable your anti virus software on your Easify database computer. This issue presents itself on slower computers with larger Easify databases, that can't complete the backup request before the timeout period is reached. (We're addressing this issue in a future update).

If after this you're still unable to perform a backup, please visit live chat.
